Scottsdale, Arizona, January 5, 2022 –Cerberus Cyber Sentinel Corporation(OTC: CISO), a Scottsdale, Arizona-based cybersecurity consulting and managed services firm, announced that it has acquiredtrue digital security, a cybersecurity operations and compliance firm with offices in New York, Florida and Oklahoma.
Under the terms of the agreement, True Digital will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Cerberus Sentinel. True Digital CEO Rory Sanchez will continue to manage his professional team and serve as a company executive.
